The Puppy Patch has always believed play, movement and social interaction are incredibly important for a dog’s wellbeing. A dog who gets appropriate physical activity is happier and healthier – we’ve seen that firsthand for over two decades.
But thanks to growing research in canine behavior, we are learning physical exercise is only part of the picture – dogs also need to use their brains. So now, The Puppy Patch is adding an Enrichment approach – combining the physical exercise we’ve always provided with purposeful mental engagement.
Enrichment is a series of activities designed to stimulate your dog’s mind, body, and senses - a more holistic approach to your dog’s care.
It’s much more than just fun and games- it’s about engaging their natural instincts and encouraging problem-solving. Whether it’s through interactive toys, scent work and tracking, puzzle games, tricks, balance and agility or social interactions, enrichment provides a meaningful outlet for your dog’s energy and curiosity, helping to balance your dog’s physical and mental needs, leaving them happier, more relaxed.

The Puppy Patch will have a variety of activities listed each day for you to choose. They can be added to your regular daycare day.

This package will include an hour or better of one-on-one(or small group) time with a staff member and will focus on activities specifically selected for your dog. A report card of your dog’s progress will be included each day. And discounts on services are included.
