Our doggy daycare gives your pup a safe, supervised place to spend the day with plenty of room to play, socialize, explore and simply be a dog. We combine exercise and interaction with quiet time, individual attention and a clean, comfortable environment where dogs can take a break when they need one.

Dog Daycare With Room to Be a Dog
Daycare at The Puppy Patch is not just a room full of dogs running around. Our team pays attention to the dogs in our care and how they interact throughout the day.
Dogs may be grouped according to their size, temperament and activity level so they can spend time with playmates who are a good fit. We have multiple indoor play areas as well as fenced outdoor spaces, giving dogs different places to run, play, relax and get comfortable.
Our larger outdoor area gives the more energetic dogs room to stretch their legs, while a smaller yard provides a more relaxed option for puppies, smaller dogs and dogs who prefer a little less action.
And when the weather does not cooperate, the fun does not have to stop. Indoor play areas give everyone space to continue their day comfortably.

A good daycare day is not about nonstop activity.
Dogs can become overstimulated just like people can, so we build in opportunities for downtime throughout the day. There is plenty of supervised play, but there are also moments to catch a breath, settle down and recharge.
Fresh water is always available, and we can accommodate feeding or medication when needed. If your dog needs a quieter place to rest, we can provide that too.
The goal is simple: a happy dog who has had a full day without being completely worn out.
More Than Exercise: Enrichment for Curious Dogs
Every dog has a brain that needs something to do, too.
Our enrichment approach adds purposeful activities to the physical exercise and social interaction dogs naturally enjoy. Depending on the activity, enrichment may involve scent work, tracking, puzzle games, interactive toys, tricks, balance and agility or other activities designed to get your dog thinking.
We look at enrichment through five areas:

Personalized Attention Matters
Every dog has a different personality.
Some are ready to greet everyone the second they walk through the door. Some need a little time to warm up. Some want to chase, run and wrestle all day, while others would rather play for a while and then find a comfortable spot to relax.
Our staff gets to know the dogs who come to The Puppy Patch and pays attention to those differences. Supervised play, individual attention and smaller activity groups allow us to provide care that makes sense for the dogs in front of us.
That is also why every dog must complete our evaluation process before joining daycare. We want to make sure the environment is a good fit for your dog, not just that your dog is a good fit for us.
Is Doggy Daycare Right for Your Dog?
Daycare can be a wonderful outlet for dogs who enjoy being around people and other dogs, but it is not necessarily the right setting for every pup.
Before joining the daycare program, dogs are evaluated to make sure they are comfortable and appropriate for a group environment. Dogs attending The Puppy Patch must be in good health, current on required vaccinations, on flea and tick prevention, friendly with people and other dogs, and meet our daycare requirements.
We also ask about your dog's personality, history, behavior, training, health and anything else that could help our team understand them.
Sometimes a dog may initially seem like a good candidate but later show that a busy daycare environment is stressful or uncomfortable for them. If that happens, our priority is the wellbeing of your dog and the other dogs in our care. Daycare is not a one-size-fits-all service, and finding the right environment for your dog is always more important than simply keeping them enrolled.
What Does a Day at The Puppy Patch Look Like?
There is no single perfect daycare day for every dog, but you can expect a combination of:

- Indoor and outdoor activity
- Socialization with people and other dogs

Our facility is also cleaned and disinfected regularly, with toys cleaned and bedding and towels washed as part of our ongoing cleaning routine.

You do not have to commit to daycare every day.
Some families need an occasional place for their dog to spend the day while they are busy. Others have dogs who thrive on having a regular weekly routine and come to The Puppy Patch several days each week.
We offer full-day, half-day and hourly daycare options, along with passes for families who prefer to purchase multiple visits at once.
For dogs who come regularly, our daycare memberships make it easy to build daycare into your weekly routine.

Regular Daycare Memberships
If your dog loves coming to The Puppy Patch, a regular daycare membership can make weekly visits simple while offering a lower per-day rate.
Membership options are available for dogs attending daycare two, three or four days per week, depending on the routine that works best for your family.
Premier Daycare Memberships
Looking for something beyond traditional daycare?
Our Premier Memberships combine regular daycare with dedicated enrichment time. Your dog receives at least one hour each day of one-on-one or small-group attention with a staff member, with activities selected around your dog's interests and needs.
That could mean working on problem-solving, exploring scent activities, practicing skills or simply giving your dog a different way to use their brain. Premier members also receive a daily report card and discounts on select additional services and enrichment activities.
